Terms and Conditions

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'proceed' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a despatch email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price or if your item is not in stock, we will always contact you first before despatch. 

Colours and designs may vary from those shown.  All measurements are approximate.

As the vast majority of our sales are to schools, the prices shown exclude VAT, which will be added where applicable.  Delivery charges are extra - please see below.

Payment can only be made in GB Pounds.

In stock products are usually despatched within 24 hours of your order (Monday to Friday). Please allow 2-3 working days from despatch.

Delivery Charges for the United Kingdom :-

- Free delivery for orders over £90.00
- All other orders, Postage and Packing will be charged at 10% of the order value, with a minimum charge of £1.50

Delivery Charges for the rest of the World :-

- Delivery charges are shown at the time of placing your order online, however please contact us for all orders for Europe (including English Channel Islands), and the rest of the World and we will confirm delivery charges.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers.

Shipping to the EU - Your VAT and Import charges

Please be aware of the various shipping terms before completing your order for delivery outside the UK.

- All orders shipped outside the UK are sent DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid).

- International postage is a flat fee as shown at checkout for your order.

- Your items will be processed by the customs of the delivery country where they will charge the VAT rate of that particular country and maybe an import fee

- The customer is fully responsible for any and all customs fees and VAT charges and will need to pay the customs department before they release your order for delivery.

- Please note that we have no control over the speed of local customs processing and it can vary significantly from country to country so please be patient when chasing your order.

How much are the fees going to be for my order?
Unfortunately we can't tell you.  As a general guide, typically you may be expected to pay the VAT rate of your country along with an import fee if your order is over a certain value.

Valuation and Documentation
All our shipments will be clearly labelled as items sold for retail and the value on the relevant customs documentaion will be accurately declared. We will not label an item as a gift or under-declare the retail value on any shipment.

Rejected orders returned to us
When you place your order you are accepting the above terms for shipping outside the UK. If you decide to reject an order that has been shipped under the terms above because the import fees are not acceptable, we will refund your order when the items are returned minus any shipping or return fee, as we do not get this back.


For UK orders - Please allow 10 working days for your item(s) to arrive from the day we sent you a despatch email (we can chase your order with our carriers after this period).  If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, please email us with your order number.

IMPORTANT - If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address or refused delivery due to customs fees, we will charge you to re-send the package so please take care when entering your shipping address at checkout or we will deduct the cost of shipping from any of your order refund.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY All payments by credit or debit cards are secure, using 128-bit encrypted system on a secure server (https)

GUARANTEE Our aim is to guarantee your satisfaction. Our products come with a 30 day money back guarantee, provided that the goods are returned to us in the same condition as they were sent with their original packaging. Customers should also enclose a copy of the invoice received with the goods as well as their instructions for the returns department. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting for all returns. Failure to meet these conditions may incur delays. On reciept of the returned goods, you will receive a full refund for the goods only, unless the item is faulty or has been delivered in error.  Reply-paid postage is not available for the return of Inspection Copies.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
